The internship aspirant will assist client service managers as the primary point of contact between the client and agency; a role that requires strong people skills, business acumen, a flair for strategy as well as project management know-how. Duties include:

• Assist in the responsibility for care and retention of agency accounts
• Assist in upselling and on-boarding digital services
• Help propose digital marketing strategies and contribute to innovative solutions
• Required to study for and pass the Google Analytics IQ exam
• Act as the extension of the client within the agency, following up on projects and ensuring lines of communication are kept open

Requirements and Personal Attributes:

• Tertiary level degree or diploma in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, Advertising
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• Honest and with a strong sense of integrity
