Your excellent oral and written communication skill and ability to organize your work, using tools like MS Excel, Word among others, will stand you in good stead for an interview opportunity.

Requirements would be at least 5 years+ proven experience as an admin/office assistant.

The incumbent would be required to plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
Assist in the preparation of regular schedule reports;
Provide general support to visitors;
Ultimately the successful candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day to day operation of the office.

Qualification Requirements Matric (must have MS Office advanced skills)
Administration diploma or equivalent diploma an advantage
Experience Requirements Willingness and ability to work after hours
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
Ability to communicate and interact at all levels in the business
Work well under pressure and deadline driven
Key Outputs Co ordinate travel arrangements, meetings and events
Brand Ambassador duties
Manage diaries and Office Admin Support
Minute taking and distribution thereof
Group communication
Compile documents, presentations and reports
