A grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures of information in terms of the working environment.
To provide administrative support to all Green Technology research and Projects.Undertake web searches for Green Research projects. Undertake literature searches for researches projects. Assist with the preparation of research reports. Collect research documentation. File research documentation. Source appropriate visuals and graphical information to support research findings. Format research reports. Validate correctness of references and research information. Identify suitable professionals [bodies or individuals] to interact in the formulation of research proposals and reports. Prepare research reports for publications. Prepare agendas for meetings or workshops. Make logistical arrangements for workshops. Take minutes at workshops. Distribute minutes and related supporting documents. Compiling of submission and routing them. Compiling of presentations and write ups for internal and external meetings. Filling of all documents and providing administrative support to all team members. Assist in editing the design of the Green Technology Implementation framework for DID. Update and maintain the research database.
