Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Coordination of Audits
•Book meetings with auditors from Hannover-Re and Munich-Re
•Prepare spreadsheet of policies required and collate all claims for auditors (including KPMG)
•Organizing and compiling information for auditors
•Liaise with Branches on audit reviews and dates
•Monitor the claims registers and prepare branch audits documents
•Consolidate branch audits reports
2.Processing unclaimed assets
•Implementation of claims process in line with ASISA requirements
•Provide list to external providers (Tracing)
•Forward list to IT and finance Department to update system and blue flag the claim
•Payment to external service providers on the success rate of tracing/investigation
•Compile a quarterly report of unclaimed assets to ASISA
3.Perform administration duties for IL Claims Department
•Do payment of all medical reports from the hospital, GP’s and Specialist
•Sharing of documentation with other insurance company on the risk carried
•Support to Senior Manager on all tasks required
•Manage the Senior Manager diary
•Book meetings on behalf of Senior Manager
•Compile Management reports
•Compile monthly individual statistics (claims finalized, unclaimed benefits, near loss, incorrect payments, complaints received and fraudulent claims)
•Update filling for Senior Manager
•Liaise with Forensic Investigations department on
fraudulent claims referred
•Maintain claims drive
Requirements
1. Formal Education
• Diploma: Business Administration

2. Technical/Legal Certification
• FAIS/FICA/LITA

3. Experience
• 1 years claims administration
• 2 years life insuranc
