Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • development, from proposal right up to delivery
  • delivering events on time, within the budget that meet(hopefully exceeds) expectations
  • setting, communicating & maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • communicating, maintaining and developing new client/supplier relationships
  • managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team
  • travelling to on site inspections and project managing events
  • being responsible for all budgets from the beginning to the end
  • most importantly ensuring EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE:)

 

Requirements

  • ability to cold canvas new business
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead a team of +/-10
  • previous experience in events(related)
  • to be disciplined
