Job description

Titan Digital, a leading digital marketing company with offices in Perth, Sydney, and Cape Town, is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

As a digital account manager you will be required to do the following:

  • Monthly client reporting (Skype, video conferencing)
  • Digital sales and growing client accounts
  • Customer service and digital account reporting
  • Tracking all client digital projects/initiatives
  • Managing campaign expectations and advising on all digital opportunities
  • Provide digital strategic recommendations
  • Take responsibility and effectively manage own client base
  • Work closely with website project managers and help manage website development

 

Requirements

  • Has solid understanding of Google analytics, SEO, Adwords and online marketing (essential)
  • Must have excellent business acumen and administration skills
  • Is well versed in digital media (training will be provided)
  • Must be highly organised and effectively manage workload
  • Must be very confident in building client relationships
  • Can show us their recent successes in customer service/account management
  • Has the ability to think on their feet and diplomatically troubleshoot
  • Is a hard-working team player who is driven to succeed and make the role their own
  • Ability to cope in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Must have excellent telephone and video conferencing experience
  • Is able to work from 06h00 to 15h00, Monday to Friday.

Advantageous

  • Previous agency background is a bonus (not essential)
