Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are Urgently currently looking for a Front Office Agent / Receptionist for a luxury hotel near Nottingham Road, in the beautiful Midlands.
The Front Office Agent manages the reception area and acts as the ‘face’ of the company and ensure all guests receive a heart-warming welcome. Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests’ services. Combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead the team. Deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.Ultimately provide a professional and friendly service to our customers.
- Hospitality related qualification preferable
- Strong and stable experience in Front Office for 4 or 5 star Hotels
- Sales ability
- The ability to listen: detecting customer needs
- Team player
- Strong leadership

- Excellent communication and people skills

Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
