A soon to be open boutique hotel  – the first in a series – catering primarily for very discerning business executives and travellers is recruiting.

Are you a Guest Relations Specialist who is passionate about hosting executive guests? Are you a creative genius with the ability to think of, and deliver on, solutions to challenging guest needs and requests? Is your personal motto, “Yes is the answer, now what is the question?”

If you have answered “YES” to these questions emphatically then we would like to speak to you.

You will report to the Hotel Manager. Your role will be to ensure that the needs of the hotel guests are well understood, communicated to the team, and proactively acted on to ensure that the hotel becomes the address of choice for the Business Executive.

The successful candidate will ideally have a 2-year hotel management qualification (either Food and Beverage or Front Office), and at least 2 years of experience working as a Guest Relations Specialist in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
