  • Suitable candidates must have a minimum of three years hard selling experience in advertising sales
  • A sales/marketing qualification is an advantage.
  • Good, solid relationships within the advertising industry is essential.
  • Create and manage effective strategies to client direct and agencies
  • A foundational understanding of the principles of advertising sales.
  • Able to handle stress and daily deadlines.
  • Customised advertising proposals to potential clients.
  • Born negotiator.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service including after sales service
  • Maintain a positive image of the company both internally and externally
  • Grow and increase existing advertising revenue.
  • Develop methods to procure new clients
  • Accurate sales forecasting.
  • Meeting client’s needs through the company’s product offering and keeping abreast with competitor activity
  • Timeous settlement of queries.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Valid code 08 drivers licence as well as own transport
