Conduct regular performance reviews including pick error reviews and provide regular feedback to employees with regards to individual and warehouse performance. Regularly report on performance management issues to the Site Manager.
Ensure that warehouse activities meet quality expectations. Maintain the cleanliness of
Ensure that staff is fully aware of, understand and comply with the requirements of OH&S risk management legislation, including company polices.
Ensure that all staff is fully trained on equipment and machinery.
Actively encourage employee input and maintain an effective communication process with
employees through toolbox meetings, committees etc.
