DUTIES : Key Responsibilities: Assist with the filling system. Capture and screen applications on the relevant information system. Assist clients with relevant information. Maintain weekly and monthly statistical reports.

Candidates should hold a B degree and/or 3 year tertiary qualification in Human ResourcesManagement,
Public Management or Administration with 1-2 years’ HR experience and records management; Knowledge
and experience of Oracle, computer literacy and a valid driver’slicence are essential.
The incumbent will ensure the implementation and improvement of Human Capital Provisioning and
Maintenance policies and strategies within the Region; Facilitate HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection;
Manage the performance and development of staff; Perform transactional processing on Oracle; Ensure the
administration and management of conditions of service; Analyse data; Coordinate and present training on
HR Policy / system. Supervise/coordinate the entire HR Registry Unit to be in line with the SASSA file plan.
Verifying Officer (2 posts on a 12 month contract)

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or 3 year tertiary qualification in Fraud Management/Compliance
Management or the relevant field coupled with 1 – 2 years’ experience in conducting fraud investigation and/or
compliance reviews; Competency in data analysis and report writing; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s
licence are essential.
The incumbent will analyse and interrogate beneficiary data from the Social Pension System SOCPEN, verify
the validity of social grants and the existence of beneficiaries by conducting physical compliance inspections
of beneficiary files and beneficiaries in person as well as report to management on outcomes of physical
inspection; Analyse the SOCPEN user traction on records: Social grants and the extension of beneficiaries by
conducting; physical compliance inspection of beneficiary files and beneficiary in person; Report to
management on the outcomes of verification.
