Job Description Premier, a well known FMCG company is currently recruiting for a Transport Admin Clerk to be based at the Premier Bakery In Vereeniging. The successful candidate will report to the Transport Controller. The Purpose of the job is to maintain the current filing and administration standard within the Transport Department. You will be responsible for capturing all transport related data required for KPI reports.
Qualification Requirements •Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Experience Requirements •3 Years’ experience in Transport administration preferably in the FMCG

Other Requirements:
•Be prepared to work extra hours as a requirement

•You will also have to stand-in, in the absence of the Transport Controller and to log vehicle breakdowns to the FML call centre.

Key Outputs Responsibilities:
•General filing.
•Coordinate the service of fleet by maintaining and the service provider register and make sure vehicles get serviced on time and in the limits set by OEM
•Coordinate Fleet returns, Fleet utilisation by allocation of vehicles according to route specification
•Tyre stock control
•Ensure that claims are submitted within stipulated timeframe
•Fines, traffic violation control and record keeping
•Capture vehicle fuel consumption
•Ensure Traffic Fines are allocated to driver
•Assist with creditors and prepare Invoices for payment
•Report vehicle accidents timelessly
•Maintain monthly kilometres remain within contractual limits
•Maintain leaning register and ensures vehicle cleaning in terms of outsourced contract
•Maintain Co-Driver information system and extract relevant information by updating the drivers and co-drivers files as well as PDP license
•Updating job cards by ensuring they are signed off and the data base is correct
•Reconciling of Invoices
•Regular Invocom attendance and facilitation
